\u65bd\u884c\u65e5\u671f\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u8fc7\u53bb\u5e38\u7528shall become effective \u4f46\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e2d\u7528come into force \u4e3a\u591a\u89c1\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u6709take effect, be effective \u90fd\u7528\u76f4\u9648\u5f0f\u3002\u6781\u5c11\u89c1\u52a0\u7528shall. \u5982\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1) This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2008.2) This Act comes into force on a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor.<br \/>\n3) This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 15, 2007 and the day it is filed.<br \/>\n4) The Minister may conduct a review of this Act after three years have passed since the day this section comes into force.<br \/>\n5) The designation takes effect on the date specified in the regulation.6) An order under section 27 or 28 takes effect when it is served, or at such later time as is specified in the order.<br \/>\n7) The order takes effect immediately upon being made.<br \/>\n8\uff09The order under clause (6) (a) is effective from the time it is posted.9)The terminations are effective on the day the Minister is served with the notice. 10) This Act applies in respect of a site or environmental assessment referred to in subsection (1) even if work relating to the site or environmental assessment was done before the coming into force of this Act.<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u8bf7\u6bd4\u8f83\u4e0b\u9762\u4e24\u53e5\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528shall:<\/p>\n<p>An order issued under subsection (4) shall be executed at reasonable times as specified in the order.An order issued under subsection (4) shall state the date on which it expires, which shall be a date not later than fifteen days after the order is issued.<br \/>\n\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u6cd5\u89c4\u6761\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6761\u6587\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u884c\u4e3a\u89c4\u8303\uff0c\u4e0d\u7528\u7948\u4f7f\u5f0f\uff08shall\uff09<\/p>\n<p>2. \u9002\u7528\uff08\u8303\u56f4\uff09\uff0c \u201c\u4ee5\u2026\u2026\u4e3a\u51c6\u201d\u591a\u7528prevail, \u4e5f\u6709 govern \u90fd\u4e0d\u7528\u7948\u4f7f\u5f0fshall.<\/p>\n<p>1\uff09This Act does not apply to a body corporate with share capital that is a corporation to which the Co-operative Corporations Act applies;<br \/>\n2) The Model Law applies to international commercial arbitration agreements and awards, whether made before or after the coming into force of this Act.<br \/>\n3\uff09The provisions of this Act relating to stated capital do not apply to an open-end mutual fund.<br \/>\n4) In the event of a conflict between this Act and any designated Act, this Act prevails unless the provision in the designated Act states that it is to prevail.<br \/>\n5\uff09If there is a conflict between a regulation made under clause (1) (c) and a regulation made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under section 113, the latter prevails.<br \/>\n6\uff09 This Act and the building code prevail over the terms of an appointment of a registered code agency.<br \/>\n7\uff09If the members of a board of arbitration are unable to agree among themselves on matters of procedure or as to the admissibility of evidence, the decision of the chair governs.<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4ed6\u4f7f\u7528\u76f4\u9648\u5f0f\u7684\u4f8b\u53e5<\/p>\n<p>9\uff09A municipality does not require the Minister\u2019s approval to engage in an activity described in subsection (1) for the purpose described in subsection (1).<br \/>\n10\uff09The registration is effective for five years from the date it is accepted for registration by the Registrar.<br \/>\n11) The decision of the Auditor General is final.<br \/>\n12) An approval is not transferable.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u8d1f\u8d23\u5b9e\u65bdAdministration \/Enforcement<\/p>\n<p>1) The Minister is responsible for the administration of this Act.<br \/>\n2) The council of each municipality is responsible for the enforcement of this Act in the municipality, except where otherwise provided by this Act.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u7f5a\u6b3e\uff1a\u2026\u2026\u4ee5\u4e0a\u2026\u2026\u4ee5\u4e0bnot less than and not more than. \u5904\u7f5a\u5927\u90fd\u4ee5every person \u4e3a\u4e3b\u8bed.\u5e76\u5904\u4ee5: and in addition\u2026\u5e94\u53d7\uff08\u7f5a\uff09\u7684 be liable to= be subject to<\/p>\n<p>1) Every person who fails to comply with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $20,000.<br \/>\n2) Every person who fails to comply with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $500 on a first conviction and not less than $200 and not more than $1,000 on each subsequent conviction.<\/p>\n<p>5. Such \u2026as \u7684\u53e5\u578b\u5e38\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u6761\u6587\u4e2d<\/p>\n<p>1) Such other provisions as are prescribed.<br \/>\n2) The Board shall conduct reviews under section 97 and perform such other duties as are assigned to it by the regulations.<br \/>\n3) If a plan or an amended plan is submitted to the Minister under subsection (2), the Minister may approve it, reject it or approve it with such modifications as may be made by the Minister.<br \/>\n4) The annual report must include such information as the Minister may specify.<br \/>\n5) Each community care access corporation shall give the Minister such other information and reports on its affairs and operations as the Minister may require.<br \/>\n6) Where a Director is absent or there is a vacancy in the office of a Director, the powers and duties of the Director shall be exercised and performed by such employee of the Ministry as the Minister may designate..<\/p>\n<p>6. \u201c\u8d23\u4ee4\u3001\u547d\u4ee4\u2026\u2026\u201d\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8868\u8fbe\u6cd5<br \/>\nmake an order for something; make an order doing; order something; order someone to do; may by order do; order that someone do; the order may require that the person do; to whom an order to do something is directed<br \/>\n\u4f8b\u53e5\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1\uff09\u8d23\u4ee4\u6682\u6263\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1<br \/>\nThe director may by order suspend any license, certificate or permit that has been issued to the person until the penalty is paid.<br \/>\n2) The court may make an order for the appointment of a receiver and manager if it is satisfied that it is in the public interest to have a receiver and manager take control of an operator\u2019s business.<br \/>\n3) Where the registrar believes on reasonable grounds that a licensee is making a false, misleading or deceptive statement in any advertisement, circular, pamphlet or similar material published by any means,<\/p>\n<p>the registrar may,<\/p>\n<p>(a) order the cessation of the use of such material;<br \/>\n(b) order the licensee to retract the statement or publish a correction of equal prominence to the original publication; or<br \/>\n(c) order both a cessation described in clause (a) and a retraction or correction described in clause<br \/>\n7. \u59a8\u788d\u6267\u884c\u516c\u52a1Obstruction of inspector\/ Obstruction prohibited\/ Interference prohibited<\/p>\n<p>No obstruction<br \/>\n1\uff09No person shall obstruct an inspector in the performance of his or her duties\u00a0 or furnish an inspector with false information.<br \/>\n2\uff09No person shall hinder, obstruct or interfere with an inspector in the execution of a warrant or otherwise impede an inspector in carrying out his or her duties under this Act.<br \/>\n3\uff09No person shall obstruct an inspector conducting an inspection or withhold from him or her or conceal or destroy any money, valuables, documents or records that are relevant to the inspection.<\/p>\n<p>8. \u804c\u8d23\u548c\u804c\u6743duties\uff0cpowers \u8d23\u4efb\u8303\u56f4 area of responsibility<\/p>\n<p>1\uff09 A Director shall perform the duties imposed and may exercise the powers conferred upon a Director by this Act or the regulations or by any other Act or regulation thereunder.<br \/>\n2\uff09If the Minister appoints more than one director, the Minister shall specify the area of responsibility of a director in the appointment. \u660e\u786e\u8d23\u4efb\u8303\u56f4<\/p>\n<p>9. \u5f81\u6c42\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e38\u8bd1\u6210seek opinions from\uff0cput forward suggestions,\u5f88\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528consult with, comment on \u548c recommend, recommendation<\/p>\n<p>Consultation and public participation<\/p>\n<p>If an amendment is proposed under subsection (1), the Minister shall,<\/p>\n<p>(a) consult with any affected public bodies, including the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Niagara Escarpment Commission and the Greenbelt Council established under section 15;<br \/>\n(b) consult with the council of each municipality or with each municipal planning authority that has jurisdiction in the Greenbelt Area; and<br \/>\n(c) ensure that the public is given an opportunity to comment on the proposed amendment.<\/p>\n<p>10\uff0e\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u7684\u901a\u77e5<br \/>\nThe registrar, on refusing to consent to an application under this section, shall advise the applicant in writing of,<br \/>\n(a) the reasons for the refusal; and<br \/>\n(b) the applicant\u2019s right to appeal.<\/p>\n<p>11. \u5907\u6848<\/p>\n<p>1\uff09All plans, orders and reports furnished or made under this Part shall be kept on file in the Ministry.<br \/>\n2\uff09The Minister shall ensure that a copy of the Greenbelt Plan and of every amendment to it is filed,<br \/>\n(a) in the offices of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing; and<br \/>\n(b) with the clerk of each municipality that has jurisdiction in the Greenbelt Area.<\/p>\n<p>12. \u516c\u5f00Information for the public; public notice; publication<\/p>\n<p>1\uff09The Minister shall make every annual report of every community care access corporation available to the public and may make available such other information about each corporation as he or she considers to be necessary in the public interest.<br \/>\n2\uff09As required by regulation, the registrar shall make available to the public the names of licensees and other information, as prescribed, in respect of licensees.<br \/>\n3) No person shall publish or make public information that has the effect of identifying a child who is a witness at or a participant in a hearing or the subject of a proceeding, or the child&#8217;s parent or foster parent or a member of the child&#8217;s family.<\/p>\n<p>Notice of a ruling shall be published at least once in The Ontario Gazette and made available, upon request, to members of the public.<\/p>\n<p>13. \u5f53\u4e8b\u4ebaparty\uff0c\u6709\u5173\u5f53\u4e8b\u4ebathe party concerned<\/p>\n<p>1) This Act applies to an arbitration to which Her Majesty is a party.<br \/>\n2\uff09A party to the dispute may apply to the Building Code Commission to resolve the issue.<br \/>\n3) The Building Code Commission shall hold a hearing to decide the dispute and shall give the parties to the dispute notice of the hearing.<br \/>\n4\uff09Except with the consent of the parties, no decision of the Building Code Commission shall be given unless all members present throughout the hearing participate in the decision.<br \/>\n14\uff0e\u8d23\u4efb\u4eba\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;person responsible&#8221;
